Here are a list of comment questions, we hope by providing these we can answer some questions you may have.

-We are online based only, meaning we do not have a store front. Like other large retailers we had to weigh out the pros and cons of a storefront. In order to bring the best prices to our customers we decided to be online only and provide a warehouse of items. The warehouse is based in Wyoming and all items are shipped out of Wyoming.

We pride ourselves on getting your items to you as fast as possible. Orders are pulled and packaged up either same day, or the following day and shipped out. However, somethings are out of our control with the shipping process- trust us this makes us sad too!

Again, because we went online only. Brick and mortars (store fronts) have a lot of overhead. They have to add that price into their items, which totally makes sense. With having an online boutique and only needing to cover warehouse space we are able to offer competitive pricing on most of our items. Also, our buyer spends hours upon hours researching and communicating with vendors in order to offer the best prices possible. This is a full time job in itself, trust us!

Our Process-

SHIPPING:  Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 48 hours (about 2 days). Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer different shipping methods depending upon the items. Our customer shirts have a 3-week turnaround standard; however, we try to get our customs out before that. Items coming from our different warehouses will have different shipping times as well, as a rule of thumb we say 10 business days (this does not include weekend or holidays). We source our items from a select few trusted vendors, some are US based and some are overseas, this is how we can keep the cost down and pass the great pricing to our customers. We will always attach shipping tracking for each item once it is available. Please understand and acknowledge, once your items have shipped via a courier it is out of our physical control regarding timing. We give a cushion to all orders, because we like to be honest and open to our amazing customers. However, sometime delays will and can happen and that is beyond our ability. No matter the amount of your individual order we will charge accordingly, for orders under $9.99 usd we charge $3.95 shipping, orders over $10 and under $99.99 usd we charge $5.95 shipping. Some items even will have FREE shipping- due to the time these items take to arrive (from overseas) we feel this is a tradeoff for our customers patience. Will all the following in mind, you may receive multiple packages from us. Currently we ship in the US only, we are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after placement when placed Monday – Friday before 2PM EST.  

RETURNS: Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery, and 30 days for international customers.  As a courtesy we offer 30 days for returns during the holiday season. This period includes Black Friday to New Year's Eve. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit. Final sale items (marked down merchandise), custom shirts (all of the graphic tees), intimates, accessories, candles, and bodysuits cannot be returned or refunded. Swim is returnable so long as the hygienic liner is intact. To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please contact us to begin the return process. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item(s) this fee will come out of the store credit upon inspection of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.  Upon approval, you will receive an email with a link and individualized code for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase minus the return shipping cost.
